Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an adaptable and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting the company’s services, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to overall brand growth. This position requires a creative thinker who can manage multiple tasks, from executing marketing campaigns to maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Tasks:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to drive traffic and visibility.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including videos and graphics, for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing templates, and analyzing performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure digital marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Experience in the upskilling, education, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as MailChimp, EventBrite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Multilingualism is an asset.
