Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Intern to support our business development efforts. This internship provides hands-on experience in client outreach, lead generation, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and assist in generating new leads.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and schedule meetings with employers.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Attend job fairs to promote UpSkill Trainers’ services to job seekers and employers.
  • Provide client support and gather feedback to improve services.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a plus.

Job Type – Internship

Duration – 1 to 4 months

Flexible language requirement: French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
