Recruitment Lead

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead/Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee our recruitment process and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various roles and levels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to support recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passionate about finding and attracting top talent to support company growth and success.
