Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The Fitness Sales Associate will responsible for driving membership sales and promoting fitness products and services in a dynamic fitness center environment. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their fitness goals, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and a strong sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage potential clients in person or over the phone to discuss their fitness goals and needs.
- Conduct facility tours, showcasing the gym’s amenities, equipment, and services.
- Provide information about membership options, pricing, and promotions.
- Sign up new members, ensuring they complete necessary paperwork and understand the membership terms and conditions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads and following up on potential leads.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase membership and community awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals.
- Respond to member inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of current fitness trends, products, and services to provide relevant recommendations to clients.
- Support the management team in daily operations, including handling payments, maintaining membership records, and assisting with inventory management.
- Help ensure the fitness center maintains a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Previous sales experience, ideally in the fitness or health industry.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with a general understanding of gym equipment and fitness programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

- Pay: $40,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- Flexible language requirement: French not required
