Field Sales Representative

Job Overview:

Our client is a Business Solutions reseller for brands like Rogers, Telus, Bell, RingCentral and many more. They help businesses correctly capture their unique business requirements through face-to-face marketing and sales consulting.

We are on the HUNT for someone to join as a Field Sales Representative! This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow within the role. Although it helps to have experience, not having it is fine too because full training will be provided for the role. Every candidate will also be paired up with a Mentor for a duration of 4 weeks.

Note: This is a 100% commission based role. Training is 40 hours paid at $20 per hour.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a motivated self-starter, has OUTSTANDING communication skills and an outgoing personality. A successful representative will be sourcing new sales opportunities, navigating customers through our sales cycle and utilizing our CRM.

Description

  • Engage with new customers by having educated conversations around Cellphones, Internet, Security, TV and Business Solutions.
  • Attend sales and leadership seminars.
  • Develop public speaking skills.
  • Learn the ‘art of the sale’.
  • Identify customers’ needs and deliver presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00-$8,000.00 per month
