Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge and experience with power tools. This position offers the opportunity to work on various electrical projects and utilize your expertise in wiring, assembling, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and components in a variety of settings, with a focus on industrial applications. Your expertise will ensure the proper installation and operation of electrical systems and equipment, while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Install Electrical Systems & Equipment:

• Install conduit, wire, and electrical components per project specifications.
• Terminate conductors and ensure proper connections of electrical wiring and systems.
• Install electrical fixtures and devices tailored to industrial applications.

Troubleshoot & Repair Electrical Systems:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and circuitry to identify issues or malfunctions.
• Replace damaged components and ensure the system is fully functional.
• Work on industrial equipment and systems, ensuring all repairs are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Order Materials & Manage Resources:

• Order required parts and manage inventory through the company’s computer system.
• Control job materials, ensuring all necessary components are available and used efficiently.

Complete Work Orders & Client Interaction:

• Complete work orders according to client specifications and requirements.
• Review completed work with clients to ensure full satisfaction and address any concerns.

Safety & Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Demonstrate and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Proactive Preparation & Collaboration:

• Prepare in advance for upcoming tasks, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available.
• Interact effectively with individuals at various levels within the company to coordinate and complete projects successfully.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrician, with a focus on industrial applications.
• Must have 442A or 309A License.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with using electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage resources and control job materials effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., journeyman or master electrician) are preferred.

• Pay: $30- $45 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
