Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in devising and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on implementation, and excellent communication skills to drive our digital presence and engagement effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in digital marketing is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
