Job Description:

We are seeking an adaptable and results-driven Sales and Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our sales and marketing operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This position requires a creative thinker who can effectively manage multiple tasks, from executing marketing campaigns to maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Tasks:

  • Identify potential clients and market segments, generating new leads to expand the client base.
  • Make follow-up calls to leads generated from both online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Conduct client outreach, schedule meetings, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
  • Provide ongoing client support and gather feedback to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Attend job fairs and explain our product and service offerings to job seekers and make connections with the employers.

Marketing Tasks:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services and brand awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data to generate insights, measure performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including self-acted videos, for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in upskilling, education, or related industries.
  • Multilingualism is an asset.
  • Experience using MailChimp, EventBrite and similar platforms.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
