Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Take ownership of restaurant construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage construction crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship, materials, and installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to address any issues or concerns and keep all parties informed of project progress.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve construction-related challenges and issues, implementing creative solutions to keep projects on track and minimize delays.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a focus on building restaurants or similar commercial projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems relevant to restaurant construction.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide construction teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between construction sites as needed.
