Position Overview
We are looking for Business Development Manager – Staffing responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients in the staffing industry. This role involves developing and executing strategies to generate new leads, close deals, and enhance the company’s market position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing industry with proven track record.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries that require staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calls, networking, and attending industry events.
- Qualify prospects and develop tailored proposals to meet client needs.
Sales & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, HR, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met with the highest quality staffing solutions.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industries, and emerging needs for staffing services.
- Analyze market data to adapt strategies and increase business growth.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Track sales performance against targets, adjusting strategies and tactics to ensure goals are met.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and market feedback to senior management.
Brand Promotion & Networking:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- Promote the company’s staffing services through presentations, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of staffing services to clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the right candidates are placed at the right organizations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, feedback, and solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or staffing services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the staffing industry, labor market trends, and recruitment processes.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
