Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to oversee our immigration services and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing immigration advice, processing visa applications, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative and effective immigration strategies to assist clients in obtaining work permits, permanent residency, and other immigration statuses.
• Manage immigration process, including consultation, application preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Utilize a variety of methods to stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures..
• Conduct thorough consultations and assessments to evaluate clients’ eligibility and provide accurate advice.
• Stay updated on industry trends, immigration best practices, and employment laws and regulations.
• Lead client education initiatives to promote awareness of immigration processes and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in immigration consulting and managing external immigration processes, with a proven track record as a Senior Immigration Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, policies, and advanced consulting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in immigration consulting.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the immigration process to support their goals and success.

Work Location: In person

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement: French not required

Schedule: Monday to Friday
