We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant/Talent Acquisition Assistant to oversee our recruitment process and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various roles and levels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to support recruitment efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
